In media there were a lot of pictures of young, sometimes pregnant girls standing in front of homes, with a cigarette in their hand and often with a beer bottle, I wanted to counter this cliché. I dealt with these young girls for a long time and often the question of the father came up. The fathers, some of them very young, like to avoid responsibility. After researching throughout Germany, I found fathers who are facing up to the new task and the new role. They are teenagers, but they are also fathers and they try, sometimes very helplessly, but always very lovingly to accompany their girlfriend through this difficult time. What is special about these young men is the tug between responsibility and playfulness.
